We are pleased to announce that BEMUS Landscape adds branding to their trucks to co-inside with their overall corporate identity. We were so excited when BEMUS approached us to rebrand their vehicles seen all over OC. What a fun project this was to be able to stamp on their logo in an innovative way and bring them into the 21st century!
We had already completed their modern & photo driven website and increased the visual appeal to their collateral. Needless to say, we love adding “one more piece to the puzzle”. We were asked to come up with something cost effective & clean. Something that would translate their brand in a very clear way & would work on both the passenger side & the driver side. So that is exactly what they got! If you see them driving down the road, be sure to wave 
Bemus Landscape was founded in 1973 by Bill Bemus. He did not have a passion for landscaping. He did not have a vision for creating beautiful exterior environments that harmonized with their natural settings. He needed to earn money while attending classes at Orange Coast College…so in a ’62 Dodge pickup he started peddling gardening services and began mowing lawns, raking leaves, shearing hedges, pruning trees and picking up dog doo. Shortly after founding the company (if that is how one describes the above) Bill married his high school sweetheart Martine. He was 20, she was 19. Life was good.
The one-man-show gardening route grew and transitioned to a “full service” landscape company. Bill pursued his education, transferred to Cal Poly Pomona and qualified for a C-27 Contractor’s License. He wasn’t a gardener anymore; he was a landscape contractor, with a license to prove it. Soon there were two more mouths to feed (Colin and Corin) and Bill decided to forego finishing his degree and dedicated himself to running the company. That was a good decision because the kids kept coming and soon Claire and Spencer were demanding to be fed as well. Most of the company’s work was design/build landscape installations for private homeowners from Newport Beach south to San Clemente.
In 1982 Martine’s brother Jon came to work for the company as General Manager. While Jon handled the office and administration, Bill focused on getting new work and then getting it done. Bemus Landscape Inc. was poised for growth and the timing was right. The company began performing landscape projects for most of Orange County’s premier homebuilders and developers.
